Design meeting - design your wedding day style board, up to 3 style board options, coordinate with design vendors to help set up mock table designs

Vendor Selection
Provide a customized vendor list based on your wedding vision, style and budget
Attend vendor meetings with you (up to 5 meetings)
Review & confirm all of your vendor contract details to ensure you are agreeing to terms that will facilitate your wedding vision and adhere to your budget
Track all vendor payments
Send you payment reminders throughout the wedding planning process

1-2 days prior to the wedding

Wedding Day
Coordinate the setup & teardown for both your ceremony and reception
Be the point-of-contact for all vendors
Distribute personal flowers, corsages, & pin boutonnieres for wedding party
Set out personal items (card box, table numbers, guest book, party favors, etc.)
Direct the wedding ceremony
Assist with the timing of all aspects of your reception (grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
Ensure vendors receive their final payments
